The Wisdom Tooth Extraction Process
Two types of procedures can be used to remove wisdom teeth: a simple one and a surgical one. The visibility of these molars will likely determine which method is used.
Typically, a simple procedure is performed when the wisdom teeth have partially erupted and can be easily extracted with dental instruments, like an elevator and forceps.
