Our Mission
At our office, we ensure that patients receive the most advanced dental care. Our office regularly attends seminars and conferences devoted to dental treatment, new technology and patient care. With patient care as our top priority, this is our commitment to you.
Appointments
We require a two business day advanced notice for any changes or cancellations of your appointment. This allows us the time we initially reserved especially for you in our schedule to be filled by another patient who may have been waiting for this appointment time. We do, however understand that illness and emergencies occur and we do accommodate for those rare instances.
A fee will be charged to your account in the amount of $35.00.
We reserve time in our schedule for you in advance to accommodate your busy schedule. We ask that you give us the same consideration when needing to change or cancel your appointment.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
