They are the parents of two daughters. Their oldest daughter, Katy, is married and living in Woodland, California, while her husband is attending UC Davis. They just had their first child (Dr. Street’s first grandchild) in November of 2008. Until the birth of baby Lucy, Katy worked as a librarian in an elementary school. (She worked until the very DAY before Lucy was born, Lucy arriving two weeks early). Their youngest daughter, Amy, is currently a senior at BYU.
Family, church and work responsibilities occupy a large portion of Dr. Street's time, but when time permits, he enjoys gardening and cycling. During day light savings time, when it is light outside, he commutes to work on his bicycle.
