He is a member of many leading dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Stanislaus Dental Society, and the Alpha Omega Dental Organization.
Outside the office, Dr. Rosenbaum is active in the local community, serving on the Board of Teen Challenge Faith Home Ranch as well as being very active with his church. He has also done dental and evangelical missionary trips around the world, including India, China, Africa, Cuba, Guatemala, Cambodia, Pakistan, Ukraine, Japan, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Israel.
Dr. Rosenbaum and his wife of 34 years, Paige, have three adult sons and one daughter. They have been blessed with a grandson, as well. Dr. Rosenbaum and Paige enjoy being with family and traveling, getting out in their fifth wheel as often as they can.
Terry Forsberg, DDS
Terry W. Forsberg, DDS, is a native Californian, raised in the San Francisco Bay area. Terry is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara and received his dental degree from UCLA. Until December of 2013, he maintained a private dental practice in Aptos, California, which had an emphasis on preventative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures. He has taken extensive post-graduate courses in dentistry, which include soft tissue laser certification and advanced periodontal therapy, and he has also attained fellowship status from the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). This Fellowship status included over 245 hours of post-graduate education on occlusal (bite problems), periodontal, and aesthetic/cosmetic dentistry with four of these courses being hands on with patients at LVI. He loves to beautify smiles and help patients achieve healthy mouths.
Dr. Forsberg is very aware of the oral systemic connection between periodontal disease and systemic diseases including cardiovascular disease, stroke, diabetes, pregnancy complications, kidney, and intestinal cancers.
Dr. Forsberg was trained in sleep breathing disorders by Dr. Kent Smith and LVI. He has also been trained in the screening and referral of patients with suspected obstructive sleep apnea to sleep centers for a polysomography (PSG). After the PSG and when recommended by the sleep physician or indicated by the PSG, he will fabricate a mandibular advancement appliance (MAD) to treat the obstructive sleep apnea or upper airway resistance syndrome.
In addition, using the neuromuscular principals taught at LVI, Dr. Forsberg has treated numerous patients with many of the signs and symptoms of temporomandibular dysfunction (TMD) and has had great success in diagnosing and treating TMD with orthotic (appliance) therapy followed by the indicated treatment: occlusal adjustment, bite reconstruction, orthodontic referral, or oral surgery referral.
He has taught fellow dentists on the concepts of aesthetic dentistry and TMD and has practiced general and reconstructive dentistry for over 30 years. He moved to the central valley with his wife Dixie in 2014 to be close to his grandchildren. Dixie helps out several days a week with their grandchildren. He loves Jesus, his family, his church family, and helping patients.

David Street, DDS
Dr. Street was born and raised in Oakland, CA. He attended Brigham Young University, and after completing two years of church service in Germany, graduated with a B.S. in Zoology and a minor in Chemistry. He married his wife Beth (now of 38 years) his senior year at BYU. While Dr. Street was completing dental school at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, his wife worked as a speech therapist with stroke victims at a county rehabilitation hospital. She worked there until the week before their first child, and she has been a stay-at-home mom since that time.
Dr. Street and Beth are the parents of two daughters and now have two grandchildren. Family, church, and work responsibilities occupy a large portion of Dr. Street's time, but when he gets the chance, he enjoys gardening and cycling. He has participated in many charity century bike rides (100 miles in a day) and even a few double centuries.
Dr. Street and Dr. Rosenbaum have treated patients together since 1983. He has enjoyed that association and working with the great patients in the practice.
